DUSA Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announces revised schedule for second quarter financial results and corporate highlights conference call
Wilmington, Mass. – August 4, 2008 – DUSA Pharmaceuticals, Inc.® (NASDAQ GM: DUSA) today announced that it has rescheduled its second quarter earnings release and investor conference call. The second quarter earnings release was previously scheduled to be issued at 6:30am on Tuesday, August 5th with the conference call scheduled for 8:30am. As previously announced on July 18, 2008, the Company was in the process of scheduling a meeting with the FDA regarding the status of Nicomide®. The meeting with the FDA is now scheduled for August 6th. The revised earnings release date will allow the Company the opportunity to update investors, and our related filings, on the outcome of that meeting.
DUSA now expects that its corporate highlights and second quarter financial results press release will be issued on Friday, August 8th at 6:30 a.m. to be followed by a conference call at 8:30 a.m.
