Regulatory Associate II

In this position you will be responsible for gathering reviewing, and assembling submission documents to outside regulatory agencies including INDs/NDAs/PMAs/510k and amendments/supplements, as well as processing Adverse Events, MDR's, SRNs.

Process technical product complaints, including assessment, maintenance and facilitating Quality Assurance and Medical Investigations. Prepares and review Rest of World (ROW) submissions.

Provide regulatory review of various Company documents, such as Clinical Studies, Master Production Formulas, Analytical test methods and Stability Reports. Review technical and clinical documentation and recommend changes for labeling, manufacturing, marketing and clinical protocol for regulatory compliance.

Research and analyze regulatory information and determine acceptability of data, procedures and other product-related documentation presented in support of product registration.

BS degree with 2-5 years of related experience in a regulated environment.Thorough knowledge of FDA standards and guidelines and all applicable Federal, State and International regulations. Excellent organizational, verbal/written communication skills required.

Territory Manager-LA Territory

This position is responsible for generating sales in accordance with marketing strategy and organizational objectives. Accountable for attaining sales territory goals for both prescription and device sales. Conduct product presentations and in-service training to physicians and clinical staff and provide timely and accurate sales reporting through effective use of CRM. Attend trade shows, educational activities and sales meetings as required.

BS degree in science or business related discipline with 4-6 years of dermatology sales experience required. Demonstrated competency with selling skills, technical knowledge, territory management, administrative reporting, resource utilization and problem solving are required. Strong computer skills and knowledge of CRM.

Must have the ability to travel up to 50% in support of sales activities.
