The ClindaReach System 

ClindaReach is indicated for the treatment of acne vulgaris and is only available by prescription. The ClindaReach System provides topical clindamycin phosphate solution USP, 1% pledgets, a frequently prescribed topical antibiotic, and a unique EasyReachTM applicator to make it easy to treat hard-to-reach areas, like the back.

The ClindaReach Kit includes:

A generous supply in one kit

  • EasyReach Collapsible Applicator - ergonomically designed, with a multi-directional pivotal head
  • Clindamycin Pledgets -120 single use medicated pads of clindamycin phosphate solution USP, 1% 
  • 64 EasyClingTM Appliqués - firmly affix the pledgets or pads to the applicator arm
  • 64 EasyCleanseTM Unmedicated Pads - may be used for cleansing
  • Instructions for Use - to aid the patient in assembling and using the applicator

Important Safety Information
ClindaReach (Clindamycin Phosphate Topical Solution USP, 1%) is indicated for acne vulgaris and is available only by prescription. Ask your doctor if ClindaReach is right for you.

Do not use ClindaReach if you are allergic to or have hypersensitivity to Clindamycin, Lincomycin, or to any of the components in ClindaReach, or if you have a history of regional enteritis, ulcerative colitis or a history of antibiotic-associated colitis.

Tell your doctor if you are taking neuromuscular blocking agents, as Clindamycin has been shown to have neuromuscular blocking properties. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant and/or nursing.

Clindamycin, the antibiotic in ClindaReach may cause diarrhea, bloody diarrhea and pseudomembranous colitis. If you experience diarrhea, stop using ClindaReach and call your doctor immediately.

Side effects may include burning, itching, dryness, redness and peeling.
