As a valued Levulan® Photodynamic Therapy (PDT) customer, you'll have access to a series of customizable graphic templates that will let your patients and community know that you now provide Levulan PDT services.
The following promotion tools are available on the "Practice Promotion Tools" page:

To get started please enter the login name and password provided by your sales representative. A message with the site terms and conditions will appear. Once you accept the terms of use, you will be able download any of the templates and insert your practice contact information and mailing addresses where indicated*.
